Melanie Truesdale is a certified plant-based health coach, professional plant-based cook, and founder of Truely Plant Based. Her organization is dedicated to helping individuals eliminate chronic stress and maintain optimal health through an elevated whole food, plant based approach. As a lifelong caregiver, Melanie received a wake-up call in 2008 when she was diagnosed with several chronic lifestyle conditions, including burnout, after an annual check-up. Determined to take control of her health, she adopted a plant-based diet and made other lifestyle changes, successfully reversing her diagnosis. Since then, Melanie has been passionate about empowering individuals to thrive amidst the challenges of caregiving by optimizing their health.
